Otay Reservoir launch ramp will be open until further notice. The lake will remain open. Launching Kayaks, Float tubes & car toppers is still allowed,
as well as shore fishing. You can still rent a boat, pontoon or single kayak. I will update this site if any changes occur.

As of 9/13/26, yes. Ramp is closed.
