Just a quick trip this morning to river and picked up 4 small bass on only 4 bites. The bass were
caught on 4 different baits: a mini "A rig", a senko,a roboworm and a brushhog. Talked to another guy who said all he caught some small bass also. Somedays that is what is happening and the smallest bass you catch one day, can at times be the biggest bass another day. Still had a fun time on the water.
A couple pics:
I stopped by to see if @Mcfish was around
but he was probably out for a walk or went to recycle a bag of beer cans.

There's that A rig again. Nicely done.

No need to worry as I never went up on your property because I did not see anything that I could use.Mcfish wrote: Tue Apr 28, 2026 6:50 pmJust doing my laundry...down by the River! That’s Mcfish’s friend Opie. He doesn’t talk much and only waved when I asked where Mcfish was.kastmaster wrote: Tue Apr 28, 2026 7:18 pm Nice fish! Camp photo shows someone literally at home at that moment.
