Skinner report

Post by Brian D »

Took a drive up the 15 fwy and fished with Otay Michael. Absolutely beautiful morning at Lake Skinner in Temecula.. Largemouth bass were chewing as were the bullhead kitty cats. 14 bass total with two over 4 lbs all caught with drop shot and grown-man flipping gear. 🙂 The monster catfish was about 16 lbs.

Michael Seewald threw the frog and topwater as he's noted for with only one bite. ☹️ We'll get 'em next time ... and we'll get 'em good.

I like the way the tapper action looks on that spinning rod.
Any photos of the other 4lber?
Thanks for the report.
