Where can one find more information via website like SDFish in regards to the Castaic Lake fishing? My target would be for the stripers.

For info on how to fish for them Bloody Decks, for recent news on how the fishing is Macks Fish reports on facebook or Western Outdoor news. Too bad FNN wasn't around anymore it had a lot of info on it.

I believe Pyramid Lake, not far up the hill, is a much more prolific Striper Lake. Now with a population of American Shad, they can put on even more weight with a larger Food Source and well as the planted Rainbow Trout.

If you know what you're doing and have the electronics, you can isolate them and catch them.

OR, you can wait for the late summer and into Fall, and you won't have problems seeing them, as they will be probably making an appearance on the surface.

How are you trying to catch them? Are you targeting them from shore or from a boat?

Hey DS, from a boat rental. Never fished from there before so I’ll wait till the summer or fall season, thanks again.
