River Monsters reboot..... negative 47 on Rotten Tomatos

A sunset walk in Mission Trails wouldn't be complete without a bass.

That is almost a bass. Homemade spinner. Got to check out how this year's storms affected one section of the river. Only actually fished for a half-hour, but got some steps....

The homebrew spinners all get single hooks...that one's an undressed siwash. (We'll presume I intentionally leave 'em bare, to add a subtle metallic flash behind the spinner.)

I remember when I was a kid and I took a Creme plastic worm and took one of my moms sewing needles and put
black thread through the worm a bunch of times cutting the thread to make it look like it was kind of a centipede
or creature.. It looked pretty cool but sadly I don't remember it ever hitting the water. I guess if it did work, it
still was just a plastic worm to a bass....ha ha
Anyway...thanks for sharing your lure and tight lines. :-)
