Lake Olaine....caught my first Golden Trout there in 1971. Skunked in 2013, but got a nice pic...

salt water guy ... Kamados are the bomb... Mine with 4 pork butts over 2 full packer cut briskets...

Pretty old... The electronics are antiques and the Kamado is 25 yrs old... I don't use it as much as I used to, because it's just easier on both of us to just eat out... And we don't host as many parties as we used to... By the way I still have an old Imperial Kamado that I bought in 1972, another smaller Kamado from about 25 years ago and a steel Broil King kamado (Used for camping with my RV)...
