Jetty,shore and pier rockfish closure?

Are jetty, shore and pier rockfish closed in the Socal region now or soon to be closed?

Yes but it is rare to catch those species in shallow water in SoCal.

Grass Rockfish are pretty common around the local San Diego reefs. Couldn't keep them off my jigs at Zuniga Jetty.
