At the lake at 6. Had to wait to launch. WHAT!!!. I asked some guys chatting what brings you here to Vinny's Lake. They said El Cap is closed so we came here. I think it was 9 boats.
Anyway I played with the busters and was fun nothing over 2 1/2 with 13 of them. I tried hard for those fish shallower only landed 3.
Going to try Otay next I think.

Nice day...fun! The little lakes are going to get hammered with El Cap's ramp shut down..thank you Mr. Toad Gloria for your fantastic water use plan! A year ago he bragged about all of our excess water! Rumor has it he sold it to Mexico..brilliant!
