I tried to find you info as this page on Lake Henshaw online opens:

But from that page, I tried to get into their website, but it will not open.

I guess your best best is to call the lake and ask them

Closed Aug. 4th and 5th. And the 19th and 20th. They said that might finalize closers for algae treatments for the year. Got a few nice models on top water today. Follow up bait of choice was a Senko, which worked fine. Folks throwing smaller plastics recording high numbers.

No personal watercraft allowed unless it's a boat.

I was just up there Sunday. Good fishing! The water looked very good for Henshaw. I didn't notice much carp activities as well.
I caught some of these.
