4-6-23 Point Loma Kelp
Headed out to the kelp around 1030am. Got there fairly quickly and hooked up on this rock fish. Moved around quite a bit with no more bites. Got my ass handed to me on the way in with the wind blowing directly against me and while still fighting the outgoing tide. It took me almost 4 brutal hours to get in.
