Cap was a popular spot this morning a lot boats on water ramp still open water level seems same got to same spot as last week middle lake north side rock piles boat was where I wanted to b guy and his kid started putting on a clinic kid had 10 on senco guy I believe William his name had 8 to my one I kept missing fish and losing baits dolive craws r not cheap lol I slowly started to get em had 2 nice ones swallow my craw the tap was very subtle today early seemed like they were hitting it and coming at me a lot I had around 8 that area wind picked up a lot for me on yak so I hit #4 rock pile hooked up on I’m sure was big cat I did not see it pulled bunch drag on Calcutta 200 for a min I got him close and it spit my craw out oh well I got 3-4 more bass there around the rocks then couple shore on way back shallow finished around 1230 with 14 probably missed as many wasn’t my day early

Hey, nice job out there.
Yeah you missed some fish, as we all do sometimes, but you proved that fishing on Friday the 13th wasn’t gonna stop you from catching bass. Thanks for sharing and tight lines always.

Great job and the ramp report is much appreciated. Hitting Barrett tomorrow but might be Cap bound next weekend. And it was most likely a big cat. I posted here about the biggun that worked me for several big runs around the boat. I was so bummed it wasn’t a bass lol.

Have a blast at Barrett good luck and yeah no doubt a cat should tire em out next time yeah I would rather b bummed I didn’t see it but was big kitty I’m sure
