Helena, MT - Missouri River

We are in Helena Mt for the next week and a half for my son’s wedding. Staying at our future in laws cabin right on the Missouri River. Talk about gorgeous and serene!
Got in late yesterday and my son wanted to take me down for a short evening session just casting from the dock. Managed one beautiful rainbow about 3lbs. Misses a half a dozen bites and broke another off. All in about 30min of fishing. To say I’m looking forward to exploring the river more would be an understatement!
