If you are having trouble , at the bottom of the forum index there is a support / admin section , I would try there first

If you want to create a new topic, you first go to the section you want to post it. For example: if you
want to post something in the Trout section under Freshwater Fishing Forums, you click on Trout.
That will take you to where you want to post and then you will see the "New Topic" in red. Just click on
that and start your new topic.
