There is always a period after the spawn that slows things down as a few recent trips to Murray have been tougher.
I also stop the lake pretty often and talk to other fishermen and it seems that most agree it has slowed down. That doesn't mean you can't catch bass, but for me it has been a lot of work as most are small or you once in a while you can pick up a few clones. Anyway...just giving everyone an update. Take it for what it is worth and Tight lines everyone. :-)

Won't break 10lb test on these...

Got lucky on this one as it looked like a 8lb'er compared to
90% of others caught..ha ha

I spoke to you briefly out there. Slow for me as well, but I also got a “better” one. I was wondering how you did.

Very nice!!!
I probably should’ve worked the tulles
and shoreline rather than stay out in deep water.
Anyway, tight lines and hope to see you out there again hopefully when things start picking up.
Tight lines:-)

I actually spent most of my time fishing tules, but didn’t catch any of my fish (and hardly any bites) there. I felt like I should have spent more time fishing 10-20’.
