Well, its not ok, nor legal, to use someone's likeness without at minimum a signed release, or use a photo that someone else captured without compensation (violation of copyright protection).
I have contacted a couple of websites/businesses that used photos that I captured and put online asking them to remove them. They complied but not everyone will.
Next step would be to get attorney's involved - but only if worth it. What does "worth it" mean? It depends.
That site does appear to be a parody - at least I hope so as the BS factor is high.
