I’m pretty happy with 3ā€ and 4ā€ Yamamoto craw. If you like rage craw give Yamamoto craw a try, same lot of action but last longer. I alway loose one craw after one or two bass with rage craw but not with Yamamoto.
As of now I tried with Ned head (recommend 1/10oz with medium rod), wobble head, free rig. I will use 4ā€ for jig trailer once the temp warm up and big mama come to shallow.

Other than on a Tokyo rig or Texas rig with bobber stop up close to the craw bait, I usually use the Z-Man Ned Weedless Shroomz
heads or other similar weedless Ned heads with any of the craw baits. I just want to be able to toss the bait in all types of structure
and that is why 90% of the ones I have are weedless. I used to use the Yamamoto PsychoDad craws that worked great with that weedless
ned head as the end of the bait was flat and fit perfectly on that rig. I do like the Yamamoto craw that you were posting about, in
the Green Pumpkin Magic and black Blue Flake colors. But I have so many(I mean so many!!) Googan and Rage craws, that they don't
get thrown in the mix as often. I go through a lot of baits when I am flippin the craw type baits. And as far as the cost involved, the
Yamamoto craws are $7.99 a pack, the 4" Strike King Rage craws are $5.99 a pack while the 4" Googan Krackin craws are $4.99 a pack.
I do seem to favor one more often as you see in my posts. Anyway, I stick to the 4" size craws and all 3 brands work really well with
the Z-Man Ned type heads. Maybe I'll try to give more time to the Yamamoto craw in 2025. :-)
