I am so glad to follow my gut when it said "ya gotta get to Barrett". My main objective besides catching fish was to test out the pontoon boat. I had just added a 100 ah lithium battery and also I added butt steer. A couple bungee cords to seat and shaft of motor. I finally got the pontoon dialed in and started catching fish as I approached wilsons. Just as i started to pass it much to my dismay I run into a bobcat. Ive never seen in daylight this timid and reclusive predator. Absolutely beautiful creature and it didnt seem to mind I was tagging along behind it for at least 50 yards I got some very bad video of it. I got within 10 feet of it still on my pontoon before it meandered up the hill and out of site. Anyway I moved around the lake at top speed and found myself with a few fish but now i wanted to fish.i kept with the jig and stayed just into Hauser and caught a few more. I ended the day with 14 fish at 10:30. Biggest weighing in at 3.5 but most in the 1-2 lb range. I was throwing finesse jigs i/8 and 1/4 in green pumpkin with Paca chunk trailers. As i was leaving I got to talking with my good buddy Early release. Always great to see fishing friends.I had a great day and was satisfied it all worked out
