What's up SDfish, anyone have experience with lake baccarac? I'm going in January with my dad and a group of people.

Just wondering if anyone has experience fishing lake baccarac and what kind of lures you were throwing. Any tips or suggestions on what to bring on the trip are welcomed.

There's a ton of info on YouTube. We went this past February and had a great time. For us we mixed topwater, crankbaits and worms and it all worked at different times of the day. Our favorites were the popper ( Got my best fish on that) and then a crawdad squarebill ( My buddy got his best fish on that )

Depending on the weather,how the water level is, your guide should be able to tell you the best choice. Most baits i've used in the past have been larger from 1/2 to 1 ounce spinner to xd8 and xd10.

I'd love to but some recent health care and other expenses have kinda put a damper on finances for a spell. Hopefully someday though!
