I fished RAT Beach yesterday from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. The first 8 were small corbina followed by a croaker and SNGF all on soft shell crabs.

A great day Mike... 8 corbs is fantastic.. And a YFC and SNGF to boot...

I was wondering about your small red bead, do you always fish with the bead and a soft shell I’ve never seen that before?

I've included a diagram of the setup I like to use at my local beaches. The orange bead emulates sand crab roe and I believe it helps get the fish's attention.
