Gate opened just after 04:00. Loaded the boat and headed to the back of Hausers, trying to see how far it goes back, wow it just keeps going, opens up in some spots, look great back there . However I only got 2 on topwater and 1 on a Keitech .Fished my way out and didn't really do much of anything. Ended up anchoring on points main lake and got a few on the brushhog... ended the day with 18 at 2:30pm Weather was much better than 2 sundays ago that for sure.

We almost headed that way. Need to for sure one of these high-water days to check it out. Our catching was similar. Thinking the deep points were the call yesterday.
