San V (Kayak) 5-11

[Bouncer Fishing]

Got out to San V with a buddy at around 6:00. Went along the shoreline near the launch with topwaters but nothing wanted to come out. Then started cycling between dropshot and brush hog. Managed to stick a few small ones on both rigs. Got my biggest of the day being 3.6lbs at the very beginning. Also tossed a jerkbait at the boilers and hooked a decent one but it came off about 10ft from my yak. Still a fun day ending with 1 decent fish and around 5 dinks. Got off the water around 11:30.
