Lexa 400 WN/CSX-800H Californian Combo

$250 cash for the whole thing, no trades, selling as whole combo

Rod is in great shape except for some dirt and hook scratches on handle, as well as removed sticker residue on rod.
daiwa lexa-400 wn
reel is functional, casts great, very little cosmetic issues (slight oxidation on counter weight, some small scratches on handle). only issue is that the gears do make a revving noise when the handle is turned, doesn't seem to effect the use of the reel, casting also has a slight noise, casting distance is still great though
i have only used this combo for testing large hand made swimbaits, it has never caught a fish for me, and is way too bulky for actual use as a shore fishing swimbait rod.
i live in north county, but i can drive down to miramar, mission bay, mission trails, or anywhere of similar distance south
