Another beautiful day at Barrett. Same ol start . Got back into Pine Creek @ 5:15 first light and started throwing a spinning bait. Hooked up immediately with a clone 2lber.
Lots of small fish with the nicer fish in deeper water. Ended up with 60 plus fish none going over 5lbs. Just another average day at B.
The best bite in my opinion is the world class Crappie fishery this place is. Trophy after trophy crappie was landed as I would slow troll a beetle spin from spot to spot.
What a blast. Tight lines

Thanks for the report in Pine, sounds like it's similar to Hauser. Will try it next week.

Monster crappie!!!

Now you got me excited for some crappie! What slabs. How deep were they?

Crappie are on top cruising the surface. Just troll the middle of pine.
