otay 4/26 Pea green soup!!!

Water 70+- and so GREEN!!!!! The whole lake!!! Visibility 6" at best.
Boated 3 males in the junk. Be a month before it's, at least, somewhat clear.

Way to find them JJ. Not easy when the water is like that.
I’m surprise the bass can see a pumpkin colored senko… ha ha

Vinney, I didn't use green pumpkin, used natural shad senko, and all 3 bass showed me where they were. Bad mistake.

I had a fluke ready, but the water was just too green to see em. They will shine when the water clears up!
Water is so dirty, the lady in the shop said they had to shut down the pumping station!

Seen plenty of hatched fry to green to see the beds. That place is ready to pop

Just tried to check the traditional Otay report from JJ and found out that the old site is gone...
I was running around the lake on Saturday and can't remember the last time I saw it that high! Might have to find a break in my running and wet a line soon!

The cloudy water is going to protect alot of the spawners at many of the lakes this year..a good thing!
