San Diego Anglers Bay Bass Tournament Results-April 2024

The format was changed this year from a weighing tournament to a measuring tournament. The Kayak Tournaments have been doing this successfully for years and we thought we would try it. The fish are measured on an approved measuring board, photos are snapped and then uploaded to a fishing ap that does all the calculations and keeps running totals for the director. The fish are released after the photo. It seems to be a success. Total is for 5 bass Here are the results.

Congratulations to Jose Talamantes and his brother Daniel. Jose has been trying to win the tournament for a number of years. Lots of good karma for him this year. He donated all the Honey Baked Hams and ALL the fixings to go along with them and he also won the JP for the largest bass!!Great Karma for sure!! He said he found a great spot a week before and hammered the bass with HookUp Baits and JigParra lures.
