Picked the 1st day and ended up with one the 12th.

Had no idea what day I was buying until I got the email.

Wondering the same thing. All the tickets on the Ticketmaster event page said "Multiple dates" and even in the confirmation email I got from ticketmaster it still just says "Multiple dates." No clue what day I have a ticket for. Anyone know what's going on?

My laptop did the same thing, but then I logged on to the Ticketmaster app on my phone, and the dates were there.

I was able to punch in 5/8 and get a tube/kayak spot.

Receipt doesn't show the date anywhere, but the ticketmaster app shows the correct date.

On the app all said "Multiple Dates". I got through twice, and both times got kicked out of the check out process for no reason. SUPER frustrating.

No dates on my desktop were shown but my friend said he saw dates on his ap on the phone. He got in, I did not. Spent too much time looking for dates and then it was sold out. Not very easy at all this year.

That sucks and was my experience too, even on the app on my phone. I got through 3 times, then the final checkout screen would just freeze until it timed out. I tried for almost an hour then quit. Definitely SUPER frustrating.

Same here. Been fishing B since having to get tixs over the phone. has never been this much of a mess. got through, no dates, went back out to look for dates, got back in, got kicked out, SMH. all sold out except for tube spots. too many yaks already on that lake. No thanks. See you in June (maybe). lol

I sent an email to ticket master to return to the older version. They do not know something is wrong until you let them know. Send them an email. They get enough emails and they will look into it.

Called Ticketmaster today to find out what date I got. I guess they know they have problems, because before I could speak to someone, a recording says that they have a zero tolerance policy for verbal abuse. I'm thinking they know what might be coming their way after that nightmare last night.

Next time if you are on the app, select the Calendar icon and all the dates come up and you can select the one you want. That’s what I did.
