Re: SHARE returns to the Big B
I doubt that I will volunteer my money in the future. I don't mind losing $14, I mind that they don't respect our donation enough to at least let us know we lost. I have been "ghosted" by CDFW. Ahahaha.

My fiancé got the 7th. Incidentally she always wins an entry in the monthly boat draws when the rest of us guys get skunked. Sent her to buy a lottery ticket yesterday too

The draw results are pretty easy to find posted on their website.Early release wrote: ↑Sun Mar 24, 2024 8:44 am I doubt that I will volunteer my money in the future. I'm with you though, as I would've preferred them sending a singing telegram to my home to inform me of my loss.
At least 42 dollars of mine will now go to stock trout for the local snaggers and cormorants to eat.

Re: SHARE returns to the Big B
To the 1 of 4 individuals who could not fish on Saturday after Friday's cancellation and rescheduling, THANK YOU!
I now am part of the 8 boats that will be fishing on Saturday, after 4 of Friday's slots were moved to Saturday due to inclement weather.
Anybody fish it this time of year? I traditionally fish it in the first 2 weeks of May, and never a month this early.

Re: SHARE returns to the Big B
Curious…did they move 4 to Saturday and 4 to Sunday? I am fishing Sunday. As for April tactics, I’m planning a similar approach like I have been fishing El Cap this last month+. The weather has had its way with the Cap and I am assuming it will have its way this weekend at Barrett. Fishing very tight to cover up shallow and deeper if they pull back. I do think the catch rate will be better though after being closed since September.DarkShadow wrote: ↑Thu Apr 04, 2024 11:05 am To the 1 of 4 individuals who could not fish on Saturday after Friday's cancellation and rescheduling, THANK YOU!

Rumor has it, it fishes well all times of the year. Rumor has it, rattle trap can be deadly in the back of houser in the stick ups in late winter, early spring. Also slow rolled crank baits

They moved the 4 from Friday to Saturday, so there will be a total of 8 boats on Saturday.JWall wrote: ↑Thu Apr 04, 2024 1:29 pmCurious…did they move 4 to Saturday and 4 to Sunday?
