San V 1/25 Really good day!

Here is your weekly Thursday San V report. To quote Ice Cube “ Today was a good day”
Ended up boating 16 today. My best numbers there in a while. When I got back to my area I immediately saw a couple of fish breaking in the bushes, which I haven’t seen in a few weeks. Ended up getting 6 in the first hour on a fluke. There is a big algae bloom and I think it brought the baitfish up shallow to feed on it and the bass followed. I was blind casting the bushes for most of the bites I had. I missed 3 or 4 that boiled on my fluke but didn’t get it.
After the morning flurry ended the bite pretty much died until right around noon. At that point the dropshot bite picked up and stayed steady the rest of the day. The fish were mostly in 15-25ft today. My best five went 14.79lbs with a big of 3.57.
More boats out there today than I have seen in a while but it was a great day on the water!
