I used 20+ year old Fix It All, modeling clay and a knock off 100g jig to make a slow pitch jig mold. It's not perfect, but it was a fun little project.

Turned out nice . Did you have to kiln the fixit or dry in an oven ? Did you use a release agent ? The home built molds I have done Either wanted to explode or light to flame when the lead hit them . Cool Stuff

I let the mold dry for 2 days and made sure to wear eye protection during casting. It did vibrate during the first pour to heat the mold, then it was fine. I used Penn blue grease to release the halves when I made them. No release agent need to release the lead.
