Lake Murray 12/13

Things were a grind today at the Murr. I fished for 6 hours, and located some large schools in 40+ feet of water. They were suspended 7-10 feet from the bottom. I dropped everything in my box on their heads with nary a nibble.
Finally I switched over to ultralight gear and managed to bring in 3 dinks and the fish in the picture. They hit Z-Man mini chatter-baits with paddle-tail trailers.
Even with the slow fishing it was a beautiful day and as always, I appreciated being on the water.
