Here's a few from near my area from two separate mornings...couple good ones and as I have promised (I (insert name) do solemnly swear to always post the dinks with the "good ones")

Here are the "good ones" And the dinks...Check out the bait:fish size ratio...these little fellas are punching above their weight class

I kind of think bass ( maybe fish in general ) have no concept of their relative size to something they might eat. I think they basically go with the idea of "if it fits in my mouth, it was a meal".

Are you wearing wading boots in these tulies?

Well...there really is no shoreline...does that help?

Yup! I think this is my spot too. I just pulled a lipless crank and a chatterbait from the tulies. By chance were those evidence of your presence?

The crankbait is (was) mine...

Gee...I wonder who's Whopper Popper I found a few months ago at the SD River?
There may be a day where you put a chip on your bait and
you can track it and find it..... The tough part is trying to later retrieve it from a tree, a bush, tulles or stick-ups out across
the pond or river or in the mouth of a nice bass that busted you off.
I have seen a few guys over the years lose expensive swimbaits and it is not pretty especially when they are trying to find
where it landed or what it is snagged on below the surface.

Anyway....tight lines you guys.

I’ve seen guys jump in dead winter and retrieve swim baits. Myself included.

I’ve also seen a guy at Loveland strip down and swim out to retrieve a $3 lure.

True, but it was originally $5.99 before that Black Friday!

I leave my "lost" baits where they are as a punishment in the hopes that i learn to be more careful...hasn't worked yet...

the chatterbait (not mine) is evidence of at least a 3rd sneaky fisherman.

Here is the biggest one I have landed (last spring) there...
