Something tells me the fearless leaders of California would care too much about what our constitution reads

The article points that out. They don't care, but fishermen are pretty weak advocates for themselves, and yes, I have earned the right to say that.

You sure have. You went above and beyond on loveland. At least speaking for my self, for me, it isn’t being weak. It’s more of being hopeless, knowing that fighting the government, especially in Ca is a losing battle. If they let someone walk out of store with nearly 1k goods, their not going to help.

Yes, apart from money to get a lawyer, it takes way too much work....so generally speaking, hopeless. but one does wonder, what if it was easier to get fishermen to do something? It would still be a lot of work and anger and frustration too, and probably doesn't calculate out for most busy people, nobody gets to show up once and see it done. Easier to go ninja too.
