funny I must admit. If that’s the way I feel, that is the way I feel. That’s my own free will to express my opinion on something. People

For a healthy person (even >65) undergoing sedentary activity, a mask (even N95) might be irritating but doesn't cause any harm. Strenuous physical activity or a breathing compromised person is a different thing.

There is always the placebo or nocebo effect where if someone is expecting a positive or negative reaction, they are much more likely to get it. There is no way to do a double blind test with masks so the placebo/nocebo effect cannot be eliminated. Most of the adverse effects can be ascribed to the psychological effects of being irritated. As far as the effects of increased CO2, that could be separately tested and it is generally not even noticed by most people. The main effect of a higher CO2 level is a more rapid breathing rate (hyperventilation) and I have not seen the increase in CO2 from a N95 mask be sufficient to cause hyperventilation.

It's fairly straightforward to learn how to wear a mask. And if you at risk of inhaling fine mineral dust or spray paint, you should definitely be wearing a mask during that activity.

I think you’re reading too deep again vinny or assuming??? I was agreeing with you and telling you I feel the same way.

To elaborate more. OUR opinion because mine is the same as yours does not fit the narrative of those who are in control. Therefore our opinion is invalid….during “enforcement” at the least.
