T-Rig Green Pumpkin Baby Brush Hog will get bit at any lake in SD! Grass, Rocks, Tules, Sticks it can do it all
I've never fished a Brush Hog. Do you throw it weightless or with a bullet weight? Pegged?
Inquiring minds want to know lol.
I normally fish them on a pegged T-rig. 3/16th-1/2th depending on the situation

An observation or two from this thread…once again the pro’s in this forum are most generous and giving of hard-earned advice and second, this thread may have boosted the local tackle economy significantly

Every time I read about a "go-to bait" on this post, I wonder why I am not using it or them more often....ha ha
(as I probably have it or several dozen of them just sitting in tackle boxes or bags)

The rumor on here is that your garage (AKA tackle shop) is worse than our garages!

John, I think the next time we go fishing, we should fish each other's favorite lures. Of course if one of us starts catching on the other's lure, you can switch back.

Definitely the now discontinued 3" Ika.
While I love that bigger US Ika, I seem to have issues with the hook up ratios and I prefer the smaller version of yesteryear.
I also just picked up some 4.5 Ikas (JDM) that is a slimmer version of the big one.
