Grunion runs in VC?

I have a little less then a month until I'm back in the 619. Been wanting to show some of my homies the grunion run, but does anyone know if they occur as far north as ventura/malibu area? Same schedule as the runs in SD? Thanks

Here is a link , https://www.californiabeaches.com/gruni ... -see-them/ , should be useful . I have personally seen them as far north as Goleta County Beach . Tides and moon phase are the key factory , you would have to adjust for a particular location to catch the peak tide . A local tide calendar would do the trick , +21 minutes from a San Diego schedule for Ventura .Good Luck . WR
