Caught this off IB pier, I don’t think it’s a cabezon.

The head shape and pectoral fins make me want to say that it is a Cabazon. Certainly a unique looking one though. If it's not I'd like to hear what it actually is.

Yep. The often misunderstood staghorn sculpin.
