Hodges Rewards me

Was on the lake heading to the Del Dios arm by 5;30 am . Didnt have much action picked up a couple clone fish but nothing to write home about. I threw shad raps, micro jigs, spinner baits and sencos > everyone i talked too was saying it had slowed down. About 9;30 I put on a finesse football jig on and dressed it with a hunk of a rage craw. I worked the shoreline with a bite here and there. I had thrown my jig out and had drifted a little further out because I was talking to another angler in a tube. I must have been in 15 foot or so of water when all hell broke loose. For the next 40 minutes the bite for big fish was on. I must have hit a rockpile by accident because i nailed 5 fish on the same spot 2 solid 4 pounders then a 5 1/4 Then i landed a 7 1/2 and was the biggest i caught or even saw being caught It was definately a mind blowing day for me.
