I bought some from eBay that worked well but the page no longer exists. Similar items were found using the descriptor: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=ul ... m570.l1313
Jig heads sold for tube baits would work too. You mostly want to find heads that have the hook eye close to the center of gravity so the bait will have a spiraling action on the fall and darting action with short pops.
It's a standard mold so there are plenty of DIYers making them. Maybe even Carpkiller.

Good to know, thank you. I don’t have too much experience with these lures so any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I assume you are fishing for spotted bay bass but the comments would apply to other species too. Carpkiller likes these a lot so maybe he will respond; he even makes his own. The basic retrieves are:
1. Stroking where you make big swings so the bait will have a spiral fall. You will probably want to put a swivel 12-24" above the lure to prevent line twist which will also keep loose grass off the lure.
2. Short pops that give an erratic darting action on the fall.
3. Retrieve close to the bottom while shaking the lure. Vary retrieve speed too.
4. Drag along the bottom. Drag, pause, drag..... is usually best.
With spotties, it is important to stay close to the bottom and even contact the bottom frequently. You have to experiment to see what works best for a given day. And you might even want to vary the technique on a given retrieve.
Some people like putting scent inside the tube too.
