El Cap water level

Has all the rain raised the water level enough to use the boat ramp & now allow for boat launch???

Saw it from the 8 today. Still pretty low! Recent rains probably mostly went into the soil.

I was out in my tube yesterday. The water was maybe a foot lower even after the rains. Still definitely not a boat friendly launch.
