Yuma panfishing
If you want the best panfishing of your life,
The next week the weather is in the 80_90s in Yuma , in April — unheardable .
Go out and fish the drops with night crawlers. Bring a cooler with plenty of ice.this report is is a gift from god, the biggest split shot #2 watergremlin is the ticket.
You can thank me later.

Re: Yuma panfishing
Senkosam,
On the canals in Yuma, there is current.
Trolling is impossible, if you’ve fished the canals. “No boats”
Those ultra lite jigs are not fishable in heavy current you’ll never get them to decent deep enough.
Drop shotting or heavy split shot is about the only way I’ve had any success.
Casting a jerk bait does work for small month and large mouth.

Re: Yuma panfishing
Spoonminnow hasn’t fished the canals in Yuma. Yet he will tell you how to fish them with his New York farm pond techniques.
