I did see a guy land a 12.5 lb, back in the Spring 2018 up in the North End Arm on a double willow white spinnerbait. Slow rolled over one of the larger rock piles that flows into the lake (this huge rock pile is out of the water right now), in 12 to 13 feet of water. She did not look like a normal El Cap fish. More like a Jennings bass. As she was as big around as she was long. It was also the earlier part of April and was not spawned out. I think one of the big allures to bass fishing is how predicable and unproducible the fish can be =D
