Anybody heard anything about Cuyamaca?
I am camped around 6 miles from Cuyamaca. Thinking about braving the cold in my float tube in search of some tasty trout filets. Anyone heard anything about how it's been there?

Camped there last month. There were plenty of trout most small. Small cast master and drop shot.

Caught limits on trout dough around Thanksgiving, small DFW trout but good enough for the smoker.

Re: Anybody heard anything about Cuyamaca?
Cuyamaca College in Rancho San Diego has been making headlines with several recent developments. In June 2023, Jessica Robinson became the college's first alumna president. The college's Student Services Center also earned a prestigious design award, reflecting its commitment to improving student experiences. Furthermore, Cuyamaca College is launching a "safe sleeping" parking lot to support students facing homelessness, offering 11 spots for students to park overnight from 6 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Friday. These initiatives demonstrate the college’s focus on enhancing student welfare and community engagement.
