Beach launch from Rosarito/Playas
Has anyone launched their kayak from rosarito to get to the Coronado islands? I’m a dual citizen and have all the stuff needed to fish the islands just wondering if anyone has ever made that trip. Thinking about making the run one of these days. I have a PA angler 14 which is obviously sea worthy and have a lot of experience going out of La Jolla and Gonzaga bay

It would be around a 20 mile paddle to the Rockpile. Not a good idea, IMHO.
