Agua Hedionda Dredging started yet?

Hi peeps.
A news article in June said the dredging would start in November. Can't find anything that updates that information. In previous years, fishing could be great on days when the dredge shut down and you could fish.
Lots of bait in the water when tons of sand's being pumped around.

Anyone up north seen any equipment moving in yet?
