Pacific Beach, Thursday and Friday Oct 24-25

I fished south of Crystal Pier Thursday and Friday mornings for a hour or two each day. Grass and kelp are still around but not near as thick as earlier in the week. Water clarity seems a little better. My app says water temp is 66, feels about right. Friday it took me a good 15-20 minutes with a colander to find 4 sand crabs big enough to use. Thursday I found a dozen within 15 minutes. None have roe. Slow bite each day. Thursday 1 ray of some sort. Not a bat ray but really thick and fat for only being about 18 inches long. Friday 2 BSP.

Gotta love that beach… Keep at it, They are around somewhere.. And no skunk…
