[Perch killer]

Found a good size hole/trough straight out from PB. Dr., just north of T22. Perch fest for a good hour, sc's & mussel, didn't matter. got 9, a 10"+ being the largest. Lot of grass/kelp strands & clumps as noted by PBChris' report, but no snot, thank goodness. Manageable at first but worse as tide got near the high. Disappointing the hole was not holding any beans or croaker, nor did I see any in the skinny water when working both sides of the hole. Been this way for 3 weeks now no matter the beach, I'm due !!

You'll get 'em.. You've been putting in the time, and the perch are treating you right until the corbs and croaks show up... I sure wish I could get down that way more often... That area is just a great place to fish, if the kelp isn't too bad.. Good luck next trip...
