MB 7/6
My wife and I ventured out of the bay for the first time in a very long time this morning. It was froggy with some decent swell. After about 2 hrs of trolling/jigging and one small calico to show for it, we decided to try our luck with the spotties. Didn’t dawn on me that this is the busiest weekend of the year for MB!
Anyway today wasn’t my day but the Mrs. got 4 good bass, including her PB 15”er. All were on a larger Flicker Minnow. Nice day enjoying the bay.

We got down to around Sunset Cliffs. The Premier and a handful of pb’s were out there. Didn’t look like anyone was doing much. We were in 40-80 ft.

Re: MB 7/6
I think I've only fished along that area 1-3 times in the last 15 years. If you can make the run up to LJ, do that next time. Not to say there aren't fish in that area because I have caught calicos, barracuda, halibut and a thresher but there is much better game up north
