Congrats on your new PB it’s a beautiful thing for sure. I like you have been stuck on 6.5 BASS as my PB since 1984 at Otay (NEW MOON) I would love to break that record.

Nice fish, thought I’d ment a bait I used last year, I couldn’t find and crabs but I had purchased a bag of Z-Mann’s CrusteaZ and nailed them, nine Pearch in about an hour, if you haven’t tried them they’re worth it and because they’re Z-Mann’s they last a long time and they float.

I don’t use Large swimbaits but when there’s a trout stock on a lake I use all my trout pattern lures, strangely I caught more fish on Rapala countdown in Fire tiger pattern.

I keep saying it, you’re amazingly lucky.
I know it takes talent, just joking.

As a short person myself, let’s not forget,
Best things come in small packages
Diamonds, micro fishing lures come to mind etc, etc

Was hoping for a 20 pound+ lake trout last year, but never got one that topped my present PB of 18.05 But I did end the year with a bang, catching this 34 inch, 14.40 pound laker on Dec. 31st.

Sorry I took it the wrong way most likely frustrated since it’s been awhile since I’ve been fishing it can get you cranky at times.
I’m glad to know we know each other now to be able to joke with each other.
It doesn’t mean I’ll stop asking questions but it doe mean I’ll up my question asking now.
