That was a terrible showing by New England where that streaker had more yards than the offense of the Patriots at that time. Right before deciding if we’re not gonna watch the rest of it when New England scored and they started going down the field again and they threw that pick…that just killed it ...

Anytime I ever pounded the shore down in that area, I just used a typical bass rod with 12lb mono and a Kroc or jerk bait. I would stop by Jansen inshore tackle. Hes got two locations in Cabo one in San Lucas and one in San Jose. Super friendly and knowledgeable guy that will help you out. His "cabo killer" lure, very similar to a roberts plug is a local favorite down there for the roosters and jacks.

When I lived in Virginia , the Johnson silver minnow with an Uncle josh pork rind trailer was top shelf on the Weakfish / Trout . There are some replacement types available but you don't hear much about them . Otter tails come to mind . Might still be worth a shot . WR

I've used them at local lakes with a spinner bait skirt and caught bass, not regularly. I imagine A strip of fish belly or a strip of squid could be beneficial in some instances for saltwater, or perhaps a gulp grub.

You’re a wealth of knowledge Bill..Thanks for the input… What do you think about using them in the bays around eel grass or even in the surf around hard structure or kelp?…

They cast good and have a really good wobble . The action should work on just about any species . The weedless ...
