Shore pounding! Love that your feet is your trolling motor. Grew up shore pounding and still do it nearly on the daily, but it's a cement walkway instead of rugged terrain like in years past.

Quick stop on the way home from work and no skunk...that is all that matters. Lot of younger fisherman working the gigantic glide baits and trout looking swimbaits...but I was mostly working old faithful...the weightless Texas plastic worm...seems like it works...

The weather is heating up and before it gets too hot later in the week, I headed to the SD River this morning. A dozen in 3 hours, I say that's a good outing! Way to go=D

Those nicer river bass, seen to always have a yellowish hue to them?

I have noticed that also on some of them. They
have lived through the many changes in the
water that is not always clean...or ever clean.
They probably have earned that color....ha ha.

I bought a bunch of Bass Pro Shop Crack Craws many years ago. I have an assortment of colors and yes that one is kind of a plum color with blue flakes. The craws used to be a great bait ...
